I’m Hannah — mum to a little boy and two very characterful cats. Reflexology first found me when I was pregnant: I started having treatments to ease the water retention in my ankles, and each session the swelling would visibly dissipate. I was struck by how much calmer and lighter I felt afterwards, and the idea of training quietly took root.
I spent 14 years working in finance before recently moving into construction engineering — a desk job by day, with reflexology woven in between. In 2024, when the timing in my life finally lined up, I took the leap and trained. It’s about as far from spreadsheets as you can get, and that contrast is exactly why it matters to me: a way to be creative, help others, and look after my own wellbeing all at once.
My creative roots run deep — I studied Woven Textiles at university and have a real love of art, especially bold, colourful abstract paintings. As the business grows, my dream is to build a dedicated garden room for treatments — a calm, light-filled space designed entirely around helping you unwind.
